Care of the coat

 A horse's coat shines when it is healthy. This natural shine should be intensified by coat care and protect the long coat from knots and tangles. When using any kind of shine spray, as with shampoos, care must be taken to ensure that it is well tolerated by the skin. Products made from cheap raw materials (e.g. lubricants from industry) can damage the horse's hair and cause skin irritations. These raw materials are poorly or not at all biodegradable. When applying the care products to long hair, it is recommended to apply them to the damp hair; the tail and mane are then particularly easy to trim and remain tangle-free in the long term. For short hair, spray onto the dry coat to avoid tangles. All Effol shine sprays, such as Effol SupereStar-Shine and Effol Mane-Tail Liqud, have been dermatologically tested with "very good" and meet medical standards. They are the conditioner for the horse's hair and correspond to a supple mane with more bounce and volume. Effol uses only natural basic ingredients such as selden proteins and panthenol. They support the natural hair structure and care for skin and hair. Tip: Spray Effol SuperStar-Shine on the coat before clipping. This makes the work much easier!
